Subscription and Refund Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
GhostLink Monitoring sells B2B software subscriptions for authorized trusted-link and redirect monitoring. Customers use GhostLink Shield to monitor selected links, receive email alerts for high-risk detections, and review redirect-chain evidence and risk summaries.
Subscription Plans
GhostLink Shield is available for $149 per month or $1,490 per year. The plan includes up to 250 monitored links, hourly redirect checks, email alerts for high-risk detections, redirect evidence, AI-assisted risk summaries, incident deduplication, guided initial onboarding, and a self-service Client Portal for managing links, alert contacts, team access, recent detections, and subscription billing.
Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. GhostLink Monitoring does not store full payment card numbers. Billing information, receipts, and payment method handling are managed through Stripe.
Cancellation
Account owners can cancel through the Stripe Billing Portal available from the GhostLink Client Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monitoring and link management remain available while Stripe reports the subscription as active or trialing, and pause when the subscription becomes inactive. Customers may also contact billing@ghostlinkmonitor.com for help.
Refunds
GhostLink Shield is a subscription software service. Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If there is a billing error, duplicate charge, or service issue, contact support within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.
Support
For billing, cancellation, or refund questions, contact billing@ghostlinkmonitor.com. For onboarding or product support, contact support@ghostlinkmonitor.com. Support is provided by email.
Authorized Use
Customers may monitor only links and destinations they own, control, or are authorized to review. GhostLink Monitoring is not a general-purpose vulnerability scanner, consumer surveillance service, or tool for unauthorized testing of third-party systems.
